WORST OF THE WORST

"Stryker the management lies. Not 5 G compatible but they will say they are even after proving to them. And there suing at&t for the same thing there doing. Save time and money and stay away from sprint. Hope this will at least help one person."

Awful company!!

"This is a nasty corporate company. Left Sprint for T -Mobile. Purchased the phone and all fees paid. Send a notice to collection for 64.00 dollars. No bill ever received from them. I have a pretty good credit score until this company decided to do what they did. Called them after paying the bill to collection, and told me why was i reported. Rep asked me for my pin which I no longer have because I am no longer a customer. No pin, no help. Have to go to a actual Sprint store. I cannot believe I spent as many years with this company as I did. If you leave the company, beware of getting hit with a fee. "

"This is a disgusting company! Communication is terrible! The workers are stupid! They made an erroneous deposit of money and still have not returned the money to us. I do not recommend this company and this connection to anyone! We have suffered a lot with them!"

Worst service ever!

"Refused to help me, while I am in the hospital bedridden after bad auto accident (my phone was lost during accident) to block my old phone and get a new one until I can physically come to any Sprint stores. Really???? So disappointed!"

Worst company EVER. One month with them. One month!!! Asked for 3rd billing date. First month billed 31st. They threatened to turn me off 2

"I asked for 3rd billing bill came 31st threatened to turn me off on 3rd the charged me late fee and for having to text me my bill I’ve called them 5 times in 6 weeks about problems. Quick to take money. Bad service uncooperative management and inept service. Wish I never went to them "

Sprint has been the worse company

"First they told me one amount would be due per month to get the bill and it’s way over the amount I was told. Then, they doubled charged my account and stated that they didn’t and had proof through my bank that it did. Then, we dropped two lines and they still charged us for the two lines that was dropped"

Worst Service Ever

"Sprint overcharged me almost every month I was with them. Month after month I had to call and sit on the phone with them for over an hour to get my bill corrected. Each month i was assured there wouldn’t be any future problems. Finally, I had enough of it and cancelled my service only to have sprint continue to charge me for the remaining months on my contract. When I told them I cancelled because of their continuous errors they basically told me too bad. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, and terrible company. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!"

Absolutely terrible company

"From management to sales reps this company is full of deceitful liars and tricksters, they will tell you whatever it takes to gain your business and after binding you to a contract they do not follow through on their promises. Avoid doing business with sprint. Its a rip off. I could describe in detail all the issues ive had but I’m already so exhausted from dealing with their incompetent customer service. Still waiting for a supervisor call back, its been about a week and I was told 1-3 days.. -Zechariah Speed ***-***-****"

There wasn’t a choice for no stars

"First the service is awful. I’ve lived in two different places and my service was horrible in both. The employees in the store are good but apparently liars. My phone broke I was told when I bought it with insurance it would cost at most 100 dollars to fix. When I bought it it was so new they had no protective accessories which I found out after purchase. Of course it drops shattering the screen. I go to get it fix now all of the sudden it’s 225. When I call to complain they say they can’t help me but they will only charge 10 extra dollars for unlimited data as a sorry. You now for the phone I can’t use. Because it is broken. Somehow it’s my fault 2 employees have the wrong information. Their insurance is a joke. In my opinion go somewhere else. Anywhere else or you will be stuck like me in a lease paying for a broken phone you can’t use for 2 years. "

A heart felt "Thank you!"

"I had gotten my phone stolen so within the hour I rushed to the Tinley Park, IL location. Nothing on my stolen phone was backed up properly leaving me with no hope of getting my 3yr old child's photos back. (ALL photos since birth) saying I was devastated would be an understatement..... As I am tearing up I was handed a tissue and given a hug by one sprint employee while the second employee told me to give him time as he was determined to try every Avenue to find my photos. An hour and a half later he found all of the photos! They went well over the "extra mile" for me and I will forever be grateful. Words will never express my gratitude. I will forever go to the Tinley Park location.....the effort made to mend my breaking heart I'm sure it's not in their job description!"

Nothing but trouble since signing up

"Since signing up with Sprint at one of their kiosks it has been nothing but a nightmare. The original representative gave us a quote of 149.19 and set us up with iPhone 8's which he said were the same size as the iPhone 6 plus's we had and that we could get the same hulu for free through sprint which we were paying 39.99 a month for. We get the phones and they were not the same size as our old phones so contacted the rep and it took two weeks over the phone to get that straightened out. We got the new 8 plus's and were told to return the other phones. Returned the 8's to a store and finally got the correct phone numbers on the 8 plus's after 3 weeks. Come to find out that the hulu that sprints offers does not include the live TV which we use so we are still paying on our original setup with hulu. Have fought with sprint because the iPhone 8's are still on our bill and got our bill this month which was 100 dollars higher than the price of last month and the price quoted. Have talked with serveral of the customer service representatives and have had no real resolution and have to spend most of my time going over everything that has gone on even when I am transferred to different departments."

Botched Upgrade!!!

"I upgraded one of the phones on my plan, reluctantly, since I had an unlimited plan from a few years back. The rep added my other 3 phones and left the 4th out of the plan which created a $25 difference. She also added insurance to the line for another $9 that I did not authorize. When I noticed my bill had not come down to where the rep told me it would I started to investigate and found the errors. I contacted Sprint today and was told they could only credit me $25... BS Do not waste your time with these scammers!"

Avoid this company. Don’t leave a credit card of file!!!

"Terrible. Dishonest company practices allowed a third party marketing company to make unauthorized charges to the credit card I left on file for auto pay. Not only did they allow this, I called them, blocked my account from allowing any such charges myself and the next month, same thing. Another charge authorized by Sprint. The service doesn’t work in Reno where I travel a lot. I moved to T-Mobile, better, but then Sprint refuses to unlock my phones that I PAID CASH IN FULL THE DAY I OPENED THE ACCOUNT. I own the phones. Dishonest, unethical, unhelpful company. "

Everything about them is so unorganized

"For the past 6 months, I have been having issue after issues with not just service and billing, but also their customer service. Rarely were they of any actual help, they constantly had me on hold and then transferred around to so many associates that I couldn't even figure out who to review afterwards. And their online chat "help" was of no more help than their over the phone tech support. Not only am I struggling to make the (definitely over priced) bill on time, but then had to also worry about paying an entirely different company as well for different lines because I had no service with 4 of 5 of my sprint devices. Awful! Awful! Awful! I look forward to the end of my contract and the end of dealing with such lousy support and services."
