"This was the second (and now last) time I have ordered something through SWC. Ordering is easy. Paying them (of course) is easy. Getting your product however is the worst. No emails or calls relating to the status of your order. The shipping is ALWAYS late. The first time I ordered, there was a significant delay, and I was told because it was a custom order (different name on the back of the jersey). This time, it's just the jersey. No custom anything and it's STILL slow to deliver. It's been a MONTH since placing the order and ZERO communication. Product has been delayed. Product has shipped. NOTHING. It's JUST a jersey. How f'ing hard is it to grab it off the rack and ship it? Apparently for them, really really hard. Never again will I get anything through SWC. I would rather pay more elsewhere and have it delivered on time or sooner, than save a couple of bucks and have it shipped (if at all) MONTHS late. So much for a nice XMas present.
Do yourselves a favor and avoid Sports World Chicago at all costs if you're buying things online. Literally garbage."
"Sports World Chicago did not honor the production & delivery time they stated upon ordering. They are located less than 20 miles away from me & it took over a month for me to receive my item. By the time I finally received my custom item, it was of no use to me. It was too late. I emailed and politely requested a merchandise credit (not a return) so I could purchase a different item from them. They refused. I sent a follow-up email which they did not acknowledge. This shows me they do not value my business and do not wish to keep me as a repeat customer. Very disappointing and I would not recommend doing business with them.I should’ve looked at their Yelp page before ordering. MANY MANY negative reviews and unresolved complaints! Such a shame. I wish I could support this local business..."

"I came here today to buy jerseys... I not only bought two jerseys, but I have $800 of pending charges on my credit card. The website told me several times the card was declined, however the credit card company told me they were accepted and are now pending payments. I tried very hard to get the gentlemen to reverse the payment as the credit card company advised me to do, and they insisted the card was declined and will not be charged. I have purchased jersey's from here in the past. They're of great quality and great prices. We shall see what happens with the charges made for purchases that no one seems to know what happened with"
