"I have been very disappointed with my order from Sports Unlimited. While I understand some delays would occur with an order placed on 12/28/12, it is quite excessive to have an item shipped on the last day of the date range in which it was supposed to arrive, which was 1/17/13.
When I called to get tracking information on my order, the phone service rep was helpful in regards to getting an email sent with my tracking information and quick in getting me off the phone. She was unwilling to talk with me about the order itself or the delay.
I am yet to receive the product, but UPS's tracking suggests it will arrive on 1/22/13.
Based on my experience thus far, I will not return to Sports Unlimited to order again."
