"I wrote this review earlier in the day and I would like to come back and commend Sports Depot for reaching out to me and rectifying this disagreement. I understand their stance on originally denying the refund. I also appreciate the fact that the president took time from his day to call me and discuss matters. Despite whether I agreed with the initial "he said/she said" conversation, I can say now that they have earned my respect. Since I was originally extremely impressed with the turn around time of my order, I will definitely give them another shot in the future.
I am TOTALLY dissatisfied with the service I received from Sports Depot. I returned an Eye Shield that was taken out of the box by our athletic trainer, he placed it right back in the box because it was tinted. I returned for a refund and they said they could not accept the eye shield for return because it was scratched and marred. They even had me down for a mirrored shield. WILL NOT SHOP THROUGH THEM AGAIN! I will definitely go local with people that can be trusted."
