Love it so happy.

"OMG finally! I got my sauna a two person exec with full spectrum heaters, it was a little longer and I was anxious for most of the time however they did come through. After a few extra weeks of delay and concern I am a proud sauna customer! love it so happy."

Love it

"Love it, Finally, we got our sauna it came with everything that we had hoped, and we were made aware of the delays on at least two dozen occasions. Since the team at SQ always answered all our questions we have referred two of our friends to get the same sauna. The sauna is amazing it is well worth the wait and I appreciate the team at spiritual quest letting us know about the supply chain difficulties in Los Angeles and updating us with regards to their move all the way across the country to Savannah where the port system is not quite as clogged we fully understand what that took and we fully admire and appreciate all the turmoil and hard work that you have been through we love our sauna that's all I can say."

If no stars were a thing

"If no stars were a thing, that would be my choice. I have never left a bad review in my 45 years of life. When people tell you that they are spoken to rudely, that is putting it politely. Believe every single word of it! The good reviews are only because they did not have an issue/question. I not only have a recorded call of such interaction, I have email responses as well. If you react to the hostility, they will turn it around as if you are the problem. I am reaching out to ALL platforms to advise to NOT do business with this company, and if you do pray to the God's you don't have a simple question like "where is my product", or else you will feel the wrath. Ordered my salt cabin 7/19/22. Got a call that day or the next from the sales manager who said, "We are short-handed but lucky for you we have 5 units sitting in the warehouse right now so we can ship it out and have it to you in 2 weeks". I called week 4, sales manager Richard answered, I asked where the product was and advised that my tracking number shows delivered and it was not, and was SCREAMED at that he didn't have my file, was trying to relax on the way to work, I was calling before business hours, blah blah blah. When I tried to interject and ask him to calm down I was then asked even LOUDER why I was yelling at him (was in fact quite the opposite)...I hung up. This A-hole proceeded to text me, to continue, after I ended his aggressive phone call, by stating "you're literally unbelievable. I'm driving to work and you expect me to know what's going on with your order". No, ****, I expected you to handle it with a little more decorum but that would take some class on your end which they have none of. I did not respond to him in kind at this point, and will not be responding in kind going forward. 2 months later I have no cabin, am out $6800 and these jerks have now tried to place me into some bogus collection agency. For what I have no idea, but the real suit will happen when my attorney files for my loss of business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"

The sauna is here

"The wait was painful and some choice words were said by me, however they were kind and updated me as to shipments arriving in the Savannah ports. The did there best to give me container numbers, and estimated dates for those ships to arrive. I learned a lot, containers can get stuck in one or more of the ports along the world wide trek. One port can be closed for covid the other closed to military operations and so on and so on. The sauna is here, its a 36x36 unit and we kept our faith and they kept their word. Thank you to the gang and waiting was the right choice. "

Hey got a call today

"Hey got a call today that my sauna is going to be shipping, the call was so welcomed. I did think about a cancelation but we have furniture we ordered around the same time and that is not in yet either. Seems custom items like sofas and other stuff is running really late these days. What can I say we are so looking forward to our new furniture and our new sauna."

Fraudulent Company! Buyer Beware!!!

"I ordered an Infrared Sauna back in October. They charged me right away and I never received my product.
I kept calling and the lady kept pushing back the date. She stated that there are 1,000 people ahead of me and I wouldn't receive my sauna till later in 2022! I asked to cancel and receive a full refund. I received an email stating that they were going to charge me $150 for shipping!
My product was never even shipped! I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. This company is a fraud. I should have checked BBB website before purchasing.
Many Many negative reviews.
Buyer beware!!! Do not purchase from this fraudulent company!
