"I have been shopping at specialtech for 3 to 4 years now and found them a great supplier. I recently ordered a set of mosfet coolers they accidently sent the the wrong ones but the situation was remedied within 48hrs and they sent me a replacement before I had returned the original.
I think they are a reputable company run by enthusiasts themselves. the nly problem i can see is they have a lot of stock listed but not in stock. maybe they should have an inform me wj=hen this item is back in stock button or make arrangements with 3rd parties for supply just like Amazon. Anyway they get the thumbs up from me :)"

"I order Thermaltake VF7000BNS DH 101 from specialtech.co.uk. Delivered next day, but this cases have a two different colours panel of bottom should be only same one. In my opinion and in opinion Thermeltake this is fault, so I send back to specialtech my case. Specialtech don't want give me full refund because they said: this is not fault. They don't want send to me any email with opinion about my case!!!
Conclusion:
- NEVER buy ANY cases from Specialtech!
