Run Run Run

"I ordered a part for our hot tub on July 11 2018.. i called the office or whatever you call it on July 19 to check on my order because I had no update on my E-Mail. Someone answered and said yes your part is Shipped. Today is July 23 I called once again to triple check because I had a gut feeling something wasn't right. Spoke to a lady and she said they couldnt get the part. She said she will talk to bla bla bla. In about 5 minutes from now Im going to text the lady and cancel my order. Always go on you gut feeling. Especially an outfit like these guys."

Very poor customer service

"Took over a week for them to ship my parts even though they charged my card right away. When I called to ask why it was taking so long they said they would ship it out the next day via FedEx Priority. The following day I received a tracking number only to find it was shipped via FedEx super saver. Very poor customer service "

This Company is a scam!!

"Company is a scam!!! I ordered a housing for my spa. They sent me a filter. I have tried to correct the problem for a couple months now. No customer service. No return calls. The company is a scam. Run! Take your business elsewhere! "

No Communication, slow order fill

"I had a large order that I paid up front for. I never received any communications about the order. I had to send email after email trying to get someone to answer and tell me the status. I finally got an answer and was told it would ship soon. About two weeks later if finally shipped.
I discovered I had ordered too many of one jet and too few of another. Was able to contact and arrange for even $$ exchange. Again, slow response and no communication about status of order for several weeks.
Finally received parts a few days ago.
Final summary - You will get what you ordered, but it won't be quick and you'll just have to trust them for it because they won't tell you anything.

RUN - look for another Vendor for your needs

"This company does not ship when promised, does not answer phone calls or emails and does not refund your money when an item is returned. The ONLY way I got ahold of them is by leaving a message I wanted to place an order and I received a call back within 15 minutes! HORRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
I returned the parts over a 7 weeks ago and still have not seen my credit.

No Customer Service!!

"I ordered 3 spa pillows and a set of light covers. 2 of the pillows and the light covers were fine, but one pillow was defective, with no mounting clip and holes in the front side.
I immediately emailed them asking to exchange the part, they quickly responded with a request for a picture of the defective item, which I sent the next day. It has now been almost a month, with me sending several additional emails and voice mails and sending them a message directly on their site without hearing another word from the company on returning the item or getting a replacement. They have not even replied as to whether or not they received the pictures.
I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. If

Terrible!! You will never get your order!!! Avoid the hassle with your credit card company.

"I would NEVER purchase from this place again. I placed an order on 1/24/2016. I had to call them and threaten to place a charge back hold on my credit card if they didn't ship the product. The sent notification that the product "shipped" on 2/3/2016 with USPS however the tracking # only shows "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" on 2/8/2016 so five days later they have not shipped it. I will be contacting my cc company."

I ordered a part for my hot tub. It took the company 11 days to ship the part. The shipping method was the cheapest available , which is going to add another 6 days for the part to arrive after placing the order. They do not answer their phone, return phone calls or emails. I suspect that they flip parts. for example ---once an order is received they obtain the part mark it up and then ship out, The return policy is 20% restocking which makes me think they have no stock. This is a shady company, I would not recommend using them.
