The list is 80% accurate, not bad though

"We purchased technology list from this vendor and we are impressed by the quality of lists they sent us. They claimed that each entry in their database has been manually verified for accuracy, which means around 80% was accurate! There were a few misspellings or incorrect phone numbers however; but overall it's still good enough to use."

One of the best customer experiences

"We have had one of the customer experiences with Span Global Services. We have worked with various service providers before for our digital marketing campaigns. But Span Global Services has been one of the best experiences we have had so far. Most service providers just share the required data lists or leads, but Span Global Services engaged themselves through our whole project. Best B2B Email List Provider in USA

"My team approached Span Global Services with a complex requirement to connect with niche IT companies in Asia Pacific. We needed to conduct a survey on particular telecommunication technologies, and set up a community which would provide real-time opinions on the matter. The networking was an urgent necessity, and the guys from Span Global responded to it with equal commitment.

We received a list of 15,266 contacts matching our criteria. These were new contacts. They also agreed on updating our old list with current addresses and telephone numbers. This got us a wide berth of about 40,000 contacts to run our campaigns. But that’s not all.

We also opted for Span’s “omnichannel campaign experience” to promote the survey. Equipped with the latest active social media profiles, and past technology usage history, our campaigns with Span Global Services were more relevant, more efficient than ever. Poor Data Quality - Do not use

"Terrible quality of data and service for 4+ months (10,000 list bought). The list was re-evaluated by us using a 3rd party and then they reply back with what they called a better list (but there was never a good enough one to use). We would not recommend anyone use them. Data for those considering using their services:

List 1 (used 501 contacts)
27.6% bounce rate
7.1% invalid rate
1% actively replied and said they had never used the technology they were supposed to have used

List 2:
Used 3rd party validation
GOOD emails (42%)
RISKY emails (53%) - 50% likely to bounce
REJECTED emails (3.5%) - Rejected = 99% likely to bounce
INVALID emails (~1%)
Sample LinkedIn assessment (30):
58% Incorrect company or role

List 3:
List reduced to 7188 (without informing us)
Similar numbers to List 2 in 3rd party validation
LinkedIn Sample Assessment (100):
40% Correct
12% Slightly incorrect
16% Incorrect
(others couldn't validate).

We have sent 70+ emails (often no reply), spent 50+ hours and also had multiple phone calls.

We were given assurances that if we gave data on the 3rd list that quality was poor we would receive a refund and have yet to receive one 2 months after they agreed if we proved the quality was poor with the 3rd list they would refund us. They have stopped replying to our emails completely as well.
