"This company was not satisfactory to me.

I phoned in an order on 4/26/05 and spoke with Brian. I placed the order for a Panasonic DMC-FZ5 digital camera which he confirmed was in stock and he said the order is going to our wherehouse and will ship later today (4/26) or tomorrow (4/27). At the end of the day on 4/27, I still did not have a tracking number. I called up again on (4/28) and after talking to 3 different people was told the item was out of stock with no ETA on an order and an AVS hold placed on my credit card. I promptly canceled the order and will go to another more reputable vendor for this product with an in stock item. This company has no idea what goes on in other departments and I would highly discourage purchasing anything from them.

Edit: There was a problem with release of the AVS hold on my credit card. It had not been shown as released almost a week after canceling. The CSR I spoke to was very helpful and even sent a follow on email stating she had called up the credit card company and made sure the hold was dropped."

I purchased several video cards from this retailor at what I thought was a great price then had them contact me and say price have increased and they cannot honor our previously aggreed upon price. Unheard of! I ended cancelling because I was not going to pay their new inflated prices! My attemp to speak to the manager was met with a rude and unhelpful attitude with no concern for customers.

"I ordered a copy of the Academic Mac version of Office 2001 Professional from their website. Their website was said it was in stock. I received an email confirming my order and then another email a day later telling me it had passed their accounting department and was ready for shipment. I emailed them after a week of waiting to know if my order had shipped. I received no reply. I emailed them again asking them to please cancel my order. Finally I received an email from them on the 17th. I was told, quote "Hello we are unable to fulfill this order due to we are not an Microsoft academic approved reseller. Please call for an alternate solution." I have since emailed them telling them to cancel my order. I finally received an email telling me that will cancel my order. They only did this after I threatened them with contacting the state attorney and BBB. Do not order from these people!"

"I was sent defective merchandise and told I must pay shipping. This could go on and on. I asked for a refund at that point. It will cost me $8 shipping PLUS return shipping for unusable merchandise. If that's not what you want I don't recommend you order from this company."
