Was rude and did not care about the delay that they caused

"In the summer of 2018, Southwest had a computer glitch which grounded all their flights in New Orleans. A flight which was to take me 5 hours took 14 hours. Some of the crew were kind. However, the administrators were just rude...I went all the way to the VP...he was the worst. I have used this airline for over 15 years...no more. I am now taking Delta, using their credit card and flying first class. Not a whole lot more expensive than Southwest where you are herded in and out. "

"I have used Southwest Airlines for many years. I always book online. The prices and services are great. Can always count on them to have something on sale to my preferred destinations. The website is easy to use. Can confirm bookking 24hour in advance to get inthe A or B lines. I hear rumors that they are test market seat reservations at the time of booking in some markets. This will help those who don't have travel agents with software that automatically use up all the A and B slots. Great company. Wish they have charter service to the Caribbean!"
