"I ordered a bluetooth speaker from these guys because it looked really great and had good reviews. At first I was quite angry, because they took my order, forgot about it, refunded it, and then sent me one anyway. Here's a breakdown of what happened:

3/22: I place the order

3/23: I get an email confirming shipment

4/6: I email support asking how long shipping usually takes. The rep tells me she'll get a tracking number and see what's up.

4/7: The rep can't find my package.

4/14: I email again to see what's going on. The rep is having trouble figuring out what happened and offers a 20% discount for the trouble.

4/16: The rep sees that they ran out of stock when I ordered the speaker, but they still marked my order as fulfilled. She takes back the 20% discount offer and says I can order it through Amazon. I ask her to cancel it. She replies that they actually do have some in stock and can ship one right away. I ask her again to cancel it.

After that I told her about my reviews, and said going back on the discount was a miscommunication and refunded my order. Fast forward to 4/22, and I get a package in the mail from Soundfreaq; it's the exact thing I ordered. I plugged it in, turned it on, set it up, and am now enjoying it a great deal.

Sound quality is good for it's size, fit and finish are very nice, and it was very easy to get set up and paired with my phone. It has all the features I expected and a few more, and looks just as stylish in person. It's definitely worth it.
