Most of these companies are not so quick in responding to an issue nor are as pleasant as Alan was to me. Many do not even have phone service if one prefers that method of communication. "I found Sound Approach while looking for a specific subwoofer amp which has been out of production for several years. They got one for me -- NOS, factory sealed!
I placed the order early in the Covid crisis, when the shipping companies, warehouses, and everyone else were scrambling to adjust. I was really eager about getting my new toy so I sort of drove the guys at Sound Approach crazy while waiting - just kidding - they were super-friendly and went out of their way to keep me updated on the progress of my order.
Sound Approach didn't make much profit on this sale (not a big-ticket item), but they treated me as if I was their best, most established customer. I'll buy from them again!

"I was sold biwire jumpers that would not fit around binding posts. They wouldn't honor their 30 day money back gaurentee...was insistind I would be charged a 20 % "restocking" fee. "Bought a pair for f Elac B5 speaker that they claimed is still new, only took out once for demo...blah blah blan...only to realized it was a bunch of lies just to deceive unsuspecting buyer into buying a pair of severely damanged speaker on the exterior. Not only deep scratches all over but also split corner. Obviously used & badly abused before. Contacted the customer service who pretended unaware of its condition but still plays along with assurance to resolve amicably. But after submitting pics of the damanges to them, they went into silence mode. Ignoring my messages. And because payment made via paypal (****), i was asked to return items at my expense. These are heavy items and weights a total of at least 15kg. I wouldn’t want to pay the shipping charges that cost more than i paid for these damanged speakers, it simply don’t make sense. I relented and swallowed the lemon. All I really want to say is beware of this merchant and think twice buying from them. Dishonest at best Despicable at worse."
