"It was easy to find the product I wanted that fit my car. I was even told what I would need to install it in my car. I put the item and accessories in my cart and came back the next day to purchase them. I it the button to purchase all the items, but none of the accessories I placed in the cart went through. I am dissapointed on two counts. First, the accessories did not get ordered and now it will cost me $30 to order them, when it would have only cost $9.99 if included with the in dash system. Second, after I made my purchase, which I placed in my cart just the night before, I saw the price dropped by $9 and it did not change in my cart. I have sent two email in regard to the issue and have gotten no response."
