"They advertise free 24 hour shipping on orders over $49 yet when you check out online the option does not come up. I ended up paying $8-something for 3 to 6 day shipping instead. When I called them their answering machine came up and I left a message but never got a call back. Definitely a one time purchase since I am not a snowboarder either. My platform backpack and long sleeve blackshirt however are great. Very good products. Misleading online advertising."
