"I had a similar experience as joshpellerin i purchased from them 3 outback radian 8 aes 7.4kwh batteries 40 solar panels so it's a 24kw outback system 13.2kw of solar. paid over 90k. about 8 days ago the system shut down around 2 am so i called to see if they can figure out what happened. i bought the system from Jason he's a nice guy hard to get ahold of but he is helpful. this time he was not available so i spoke with James i could not believe the way this guy acted he was yelling so unprofessional it seems since it's family-owned they can treat customers how they want. i plan on moving by next year and doing it all over again this time i won't consider at all even if they have a cheaper price just not worth it. The gentleman told me he will not help me and I need to go somewhere else to get the information. I have been doing business for 20 years in this industry and I've helped many many people whether they're purchasing from me or not and just can't understand why people act this way.
