"Mine was NOT a good experience. I purchased the 2011 Office version for my MAC, finally figured out how to download (that is not easy) and still have the 2002 version on my computer. I've tried several time since I purchased...with no luck. So now I am out the $54 and still have the old version of Microsoft Office. I do NOT recommend this company. "

"I purchased Microsoft office for Mac 2011 on 10/11/17. After issues with Outlook I learned Microsoft stopped supporting the program on 10/10/17, one day before my purchase. Had I been informed of this at the time of purchase, I would have selected a different version of the software. The end result is lost time and data. SoftwarePug offered a discount on the purchase of a current version of the software, but not a huge one. The end result for me is paying more than two times the amount for current and functioning software than I was led to believe at the time of purchase. SoftwarePug and other resellers should notify customers when software is unsupported at the time of purchase.

I quote from their customer service chat 12 hours after receiving my payment but without delivery of product: "We don't have available product key for ESET as of the moment. We've already contacted ESET about it and they said there is no estimated time for the new Product keys." Beware!!"
