very confusing

"I was ordered Office 2021 Home and Student for Windows, got an email that my order was under review. When I was offered a link to download it was for Office 2021 Professional Plus for Windows which was way more then I needed as I only really need Excel and Word. Interestingly the price was the same. I downloaded the product and installed the product on my Desktop, something called Team was added to the autostart, which I have no intention of using. Also, funnily enough various setting on my computer got changed; in particular my mouse on that machine was suddenly a left handed mouse. I set it back to right handed. Later when I went on to my laptop, on which I use a left handed mouse was suddenly set to right handed. I had not installed anything on that computer. Fixed that, then my desk top was again left handed. Opened the on-line chat made available to me, described the problem, the person on the other end of the chat acted like they had not read my description and then and kept giving me instructions that made no sense given my description. The chat allowed a thumbs up or thumbs down while in the chat so I hit the thumbs down. They then seemed to make an effort then asked that I remove the thumbs down. When I did the chat was abruptly terminated from their end. I can provide the whole conversation if you wish."

Horrible Customer Service

"No where on the website does it say the product I bought is not compatible with a Samsung tablet. All it stated is not compatible with Mac , Chromebook. Therefore, I chose this version. It does not allow you to download until you put in your license key given. As soon as I went to download I got the message that it was not compatible. Within One minute of purchase, I got in touch with customer support who talked to me like I was an idiot. I believe his name was either Eric or Emir. I had to hang up the phone on him as per the rudeness. Of course, once the download happens there is no refund, but you don't realize it is not compatible until you put in the license. You need a better system, and I am still out $200 for a product that cannot be used. I did get an email from a manager giving me a 20% discount for my trouble. LOL kinda a joke when the product is useless for my needs. "

"Scheduled an appointment for an issue with windows server 2016 product key. Daniel was excellent in resolving the issue and getting our license properly activated. They stood by their product after a purchase five years ago. I called that outstanding service I highly recommend software keep when purchasing your Microsoft products. "

Solving downloading issues

"The issue that I had was not with SoftwareKeep. I received my order promptly. The problem was downloading to my new computer. It seems that with Windows 11 you are forced to only buy software from Microsoft unless you know how to disable the 'S' drive. Once I did that, it was easy to download the software. This is something that people who buy from third parties need to be aware of."

Clef erronée !

"j'ai essayer d'installer le logiciel (Microsoft Office 2019) avec mon compte Microsoft , après avoir inscris les 25 chiffres de la clef
Microsoft m'indique que cette clef est active sur un autre compte client. j'ai envoyer une photo de mon compte avec les fameux numéros qui mon étés transmis et le gars sur le chat me demande de communiquer avec Microsoft pour avoir une preuve que la clef ne m'a pas activé sur mon compte. On voie sur la photo en capture écran le numéro de la clef et une bonne partie l'adresse email du détenteur de cette clef d'activation du logiciel. C'est très clair que cette clef a été vendu activé par un autre client.
Le gars du chat (Daniel !!!!!) ne veux pas corriger la situation, je ne suis un informaticien pour résoudre ce genre de problème
j'aimerais avoir un suivi et une réponse à la suite de mon achat.

I get all of my software here and the customer service is excellent

"It was a bit rocky getting the files downloaded and installed. It would appear that a recent update in windows was blocking the download and opening the file. It took a bit to find the setting but after that everything went well. Customer service is responsive, accurate.

I'm very happy with my second purchase.
