"I had a poor experience with www.softwarediner.com. I ordered a newly released software cd, but the item sent to me was an old, outdated version of the same software. I tried to contact the company but the phone listed on the web site was not in service. They did respond to email after a couple days and I returned the item for exchange and received the item that was ordered a week later. Softwarediner.com would not pay for the return shipping of the product even though it was their mistake by sending out the wrong software. I can't recommend this company."

"I do most of my shopping online and I had all sorts of mixed transactions through the years. One certain thing that I could say about softwarediner.com is that this company is extremely reliable and the most honest people I've deal with so far!

The software is excellent and they certainly have some of the lowest prices around. The software does not come with the boxes or the manuals but these are really unnecessary and always end up in my waste basket anyway. Remember that all the information that you could need including manuals are usually found in the product's websites.

They have the best customer service that you could find. Because of their incredible low price I ordered lots of software from them and had a slight problem with one of the cds. Their customer services responded to me very fast. They are very nice people to deal with and thanks to them the problem was solved fast and satisfactorily!

"Incredible prices, fast shipping, very responsive customer support. At first I was very leary, their prices really appeared to be to good to be true. The software I ordered was about 60% cheaper than any other merchant. However the reason for that, and you should know this before you order, is that you don't get the fully boxed software that you would get from a store shelf. You get just the CDs/DVDs in a small cardboard mailer. No box, no manuals, just the software. They do tell you this on their website, but they don't highlight that fact, so it is easily missed. In my case I ordered Pinncale's Studio 9 Plus for $34. Elsewhere the cheapest I could find it was $89. I ordered on a Thursday, it arrived the following Monday. It was the international version (but still offered English as a language choice, and it works with NTSC video), and it installed perfectly, no problems at all with the serial number, and it even included the bonus content DVD. They were also very responsive to e-mail. On their website they say that will try to respond within an hour. I send mail around midnight and to my surprise, I had a response before 1:00am.

So, if you don't mind not getting the pretty box and the manual (which most of the time is in PDF form on the CD anyway) then SoftwareDiner is a great source for rediculously low priced software. I will definitely buy from them again."
