"I found that the version of Microsoft Office that I had bought required my Mac (MacBook Pro) to be running OS 12 or higher. My MacBook Pro dates from 2014 and is running OS 11.****. I thought there was no way that I could run the new version of Office on my laptop. I contacted support and a very resourceful person, Bryan, sent me a link to a different installer which would run on my ageing MacBook Pro. The installation went smoothly and I now have a fully operational new version of Microsoft Office. Great support from people who know what they are doing.

"The microsoft that I downloaded from you guys is complicated. It's not easy to use like when I downloaded it in December 2015 on my Mac. I see lot of issues with one drive. I can't access my one drive easily. It's asking me password from keychain. When I copy and paste password from keychain, then rainbow ball appears and keeps spinning."
