"This reseller does not respond to e-mails and phone calls? Dont even try. They have great prices, but from what I've seen they either A) Cannot keep up with demand, B) Cannot afford to sell at those prices, or C) Are a scam. Their website states a 2-3 Day Processing Time before a product is sent out, and then 3 day ground shipping. At two business week later and not even an update, I'm sorry but spending an extra 20, even 50 dollars elsewhere is worth it. I'll try to update if I get any response

Update:
I did receive the package subsequently after threatening emails. The company does eventually respond and after stating "I will overnight it tomorrow", did subsequently overnight it a few days later. For the loss this company had to spend, I can only imagine they made a few dollars. I can hope they will improve their service and dependibility as they offer some of the most competetive prices on the net. Good luck Softghost!
