When I called customer service, I was immediately transferred to voice mail, even though I called during the 7 hour window they are supposedly open. I left a couple of messages, and never did receive a return call from them. Having said as much, it did turn out that my email address listed on the purchase was incorrect, and that you don't even need an email from them to download the product, so it was kind of a moot point. I just wish they had picked up the phone or called me back after leaving a message. Downloaded the product. Works fine. So overall - good product, but not tops when it comes to non-email customer service. "
