"Horrible experience! No contact information/telephone number on their site. When I ordered my part, the website said the item was located in and would ship from USA. After waiting 10 days for item to arrive, I contacted them through email. Got an email back stating the item "wasn't in stock" in the USA and would ship from China - no contact, asking if I wanted to wait the additional time... just shipped it from China. I Had to wait another week. Then, they sent the wrong item. After emailing them (yet again) to request an RMA for the return of the item, they refused to provide a RMA or a telephone number. I will never do business with this company again and would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. TERRIBLE!!!!"

"I ordered a laptop screen from this company and was very disappointed when they informed me several days later that the price had increased. I could either send the extra money or cancel my order. To be fair, they did refund my money quickly when I canceled, but I was annoyed that they weren't willing to honor the original purchase price."
