"Horrible experience. Ordered a case of LCD screens and virtually everyone was defective, with dark shadows on the screens. When I contacted SmartMicro, they said they had tested them before they shipped and they all worked. I sent them photos, showing the defects, but they refused to believe they could be defective. Very rude on the phone, not customer friendly at all.

Returned the defective screens and they tried to charge us a $450 restocking fee - had to file a dispute with our credit card company.

"Do not buy LCD screen from this seller. They will send you the defective item and after retuning the item you will not get any refund. You have to pay shipping charges for to and fro. For the defective item u have to pay shipping and product cost. You will get nothing. For getting RMA, you have to send at least three request mails. Then only they will reply. No refund. Even for the mail they will not respond. Don't trust this seller. I made contact for refund. But no reply received till now. Don't buy from this seller and then you will be in my case only. I'm totally disappointed."

"They have great, inexpensive LCD replacements for laptops. Most models are even original replacements. Shipping is quick as well. Our company orders several LCDs from them each month and they have come through every time."
