" I ordered a part in February and it was lost by USPS. They told me I would get a refund within 24-48 hours and I called again and they told me it would take a month. They would not follow up with USPS. I finally got the part and sent it back to them and in May I still don’t have a refund. I am glad it was only a $60 part. It is there responsibility to ensure to get the part and deal with the shipper. Poor Customer Service."
"I purchase a roof from them and they told me that the color would be close to the color of my slingshot (eclectic blue) it was not, it came to me as smuf blue and then they had me pay an extra $250 to get the right color sent to me and I had to pay out of pocket $100 due to their mistake."
