"I had to do some repairs on my Logitech MX Revolution mouse, and the long thin foot didn't fare too well, so I decided to replace it. Logitech doesn't sell replacement feet for this model, but Slick Surf was recommended.
The price was reasonable, and I received the feet pretty quickly, but they're VERY rough around the edges. I wish I'd realized before I put the foot on (I didn't apply the others, just the long one), so I could've sanded it down. Now, every time I move my mouse on my mousepad, it makes an unpleasant scraping sound. Hopefully the rough edges will eventually wear down, but for now, the replacement feet are pretty disappointing. Unfortunately, I didn't find anyone else selling replacement feet for the MX Revolution (only generic round feet), so they have a monopoly on a very small niche market.
If Slick Surf were a traditional retailer, selling someone else's product, I'd rate them quite high, but since they're manufacturing their own product, the product quality itself becomes the overriding factor in their two-star rating."
"Bought a cheap POS mouse that actually didn't have feet on it, only raised pieces of plastic, so I decided to order Slick Surf's product after bearing with a crappy no-foot mouse for about a week. "Replacement mouse feet for an okay price. In short - one day I got a laser gaming mouse, and then one day it stopped gliding around like it used to, and then I found Slick Surf, and now my mouse is like new again, even smoother now actually! Don't expect any fancy packaging though! My order shipped in a standard letter envelope with the mouse feet tucked into a tiny ziplock bag - they weren't a perfect fit (which is okay since my mouse wasn't actually on the list), but they were close enough and they do their job even better than the originals in my opinion. "ordered 12/13/2010. called the 17th, they said my order was shipped on the 16th. i received an email on the 22nd stating my order was processed on the 22nd and shipped on the 21st!!! i received them, and let me tell you---they are JUNK. they appear to have been hand cut by someone with either VERY shaky hands or a serious methamphetamine addiction. the edges are sharp as hell and snag the fabric on my mousepad. i filed a claim with paypal, and WILL NOT be paying for these abortions........."

The Diamondback is somewhat dated at this point, I'm assuming they forgot about the site or something else came up, if they were working on pads for the diamond back even a few months after it came out then this site has not seen updates in many years."

"Ordered on March 11. I sent an email on March 14 asking how long it would take to ship. In less than 24hrs he replied that they have been shipped (March 15). I received the envelope with the feet on March 17. I live in California, so its about 6 days from when I ordered which isn't too bad...
The work great on my MX518, I ordered the Logitech 500/700 series 0.030". I'm even going to say they are better than the stock ones when it was new! Don't pay for the expensive $10 teflon feet. "I placed an order for a set of SlickSurf feet. After one week, I had not received my order, so I emailed SlickSurf. After a few days of no response, I sent another email which bounced back to me stating quota exceeded. It's been about a month since my order with no response from SlickSurf or receiving my order. I can only assume the site is no longer actively shipping orders and wanted to advise others of this before wasting a few bucks. I'd ordered from SlickSurf in the past and was a very pleasant experience; not sure what has happened."
"I emailed them questions about their products and the next day they replied with detailed answers. I was very happy with the timely response with customer service through email so I went ahead and ordered two weeks later(June 12).
A few days (June 15) after my purchase using paypal, I was concerned about the "pending payment" status on my order status online. On my paypal account, the transaction was completed the day after my purchase yet at slicksurf.com it was still "pending." So I emailed them and it failed returning a "Mailbox quota exceeded" message. Throughout the weekend up until June 19 I emailed but its still the same message. That last day I tried to email, I received mail from slick surf and to my surprise it was my order.
The product itself was not what I expected. The standard feet for the G5/G7 are smaller in area than normal so take note that you'll possibly get a "sized down" feet compared to the original. The feet works just like the original, but don't expect any performance gain compared to when you first got your mouse. Overall I can say I'm sort of happy with the purchase but I expected a closer cut size to the original feet especially at 6 dollars a set."

"i ordered two mx1000 on 8/9/2006, i waited 3 week but the shippment didnt come, (im in canada)meanwhile i contacted the seller and he/she promised me to send another shippment, so after 3 weeks after i placed the order i had my order, and two weeks later, i got the first shippment, i can tell from the post office date on the envelop, so i can belive the late problem was due to post company, not slick surf,

"I check Resellersratings when I found SlickSurf to check the sites rating but it had not been registered yet. I requested they be registered on the site and took a chance with them. I had searched for a while for a reseller that carried oem spec skate pads for my older Logitech cordless mouseman optical mouse and SlickSurf.com was the only site that could come up with the good. Their prices are very reasonable and shipping is only a dollar for up to 5 sets. I am very happy with my mouse’s new slickers, was notified when they shipped and received them in three days. I though for a while that I was going to have to settle for the generic “one size fits all” type (they sell those too). I'm very happy SlickSurf.com has filled the void in this market.
