"I had ordered DVD cases from Sleeve City and the order arrived promptly. The order was one case short and they agreed to send it out. The website also had a discount code for 15% off the order and also included a box of 100 paper sleeves for CDs/DVDs. I got neither the discount nor the sleeves. When I spoke to Customer Service, they explained that 1) the 100 sleeve offer is a mistake and should not be on the website, so we can't send them to you and 2) "You didn't enter the code and we can't give you the discount, but you can get the discount on your next order."
I, in fact, DID enter the code, but they remained adamant. Clearly, there will NOT be a "next order". This was a very disappointing episode and the first time I have been duped by misleading information by an etailer. Beware of their business practices."
"Searched for dvd cases which hold 4. Could only find the horribly designed overlap versions on other sites. Finally found this company with 'budget' version of a 4dvd case with the flap. Arrived very quickly and all 30 of the cases were undamaged. They were also priced less than the horrible overlap versions on other websites. I will definately buy from here for DVD cases.
Although, shipping charges can be a large percentage of the price if you don't buy a lot of things, but it still is very cheap. Thanks!"
