"I ordered an airsoft pistol from this company on 01/28/11. They use PayPal for payment processing. A week later I had not heard back from the company so I sent an e-mail. They were apparently closed for a whole week to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Item finally shipped on 02/10/11. Still no receipt of item after two weeks so I e-mailed the company. They said it may take up to 20 days to receive it. 30 days pass and still no item. They offered to reduce the price to wholesale level but I already got it at that price. On 03/29 inquired with US Post Office and all they could tell me was that it arrived in the US but no records of it after that. Tried to file a dispute with PayPal but too much time had passed. On 03/30 I called customs at the Los Angeles airport and they said that it was diverted to BATF customs for inspection. On 05/25 called customs again and still no more information. I asked Skypro if the item conformed to customs (orange tip, no copyrighted logos, etc.) and they said that it does. Here it is 130 days later and I still don't have the item and am out $70. Company refuses to refund my money as they state that "they are at a loss" also.
Problem not 100% their fault but this is way to long and the company refuses to offer refund. From here on out I only deal with companies in the USA.
