"My experience was extremely disappointing. I decided for the first time to use a chauffer parking experience as we were getting back very late at night. On arrival at Manchester airport on our way out, we only had to wait five minutes for the chauffer to arrive, but on our return flight we were waiting for 45 minutes with luggage and 2 very tired children until someone came to meet us, even though we had called them as soon as we landed and again after clearing customs, as directed. I feel that i paid twice as much as normal for no gain whatsoever."
