"The book arrived in a timely manner in great condition. The only complaint I have is that I can't return the book. I recently found out that I no longer need the textbook at school. I haven't had the book 30 days and I can't return it due to their 21 day policy. So now I'm stuck with a book that I can't use. For this sole reason, I will stick to buying my books from Amazon because they're more accommodating. I will say Skyo is a great place to buy textbooks from, I've never had any problems with their quality of books. I simply do not care for their return policy. "

"Terrible service. I had trouble using this website from the very beginning. Their website made it very difficult to accurately type in your own address to verify your credit card information, so I had to call the company for help (also, very difficult to find their phone number). After ordering a textbook, I waited two weeks for the book to come in (expected delivery was 7-10 days). I emailed the company and didn't get a response for about another week. They told me they didn't have the textbook in stock. So after all that waiting, while I'm having to borrow my professors book, they didn't even have the textbook in the first place. I asked if I could get a discount or something for my trouble if I was for some reason stupid enough to use their website again and was denied. Terrible website, terrible customer service. "
