I ordered a longmire sheriff Jacket for an airsoft impression. I choose the faux leather version because I will use the jacket to play in the wood and I didn’t want something very expansive. Before the order, I asked if the product cames with the originals « absaroka county sheriff » patchs, then they say to me that it will. Two weeks later, I receive the cheapest thing I never received in my life. It’s thin, it smell plastic and the fact is that the patchs are NOT the ones I ordered but just « sheriff » and they are ugly as hell. So, I decided to leave a comment on their website, telling it’s not usual to me to leave comments for complainting about a product but that this one is totaly deserved. And guess what ? My comment never showed on their website. So I suspect that only good comments are showing off on their products because that kind of piece of cr*p is available on wish for half the price.

I noticed that I had accidentally ordered the wrong size so I attempted to do a quick return or possibly cancel the order. There was no response. I waited another week still no response. I have attempted to write 4 times to customer service with no response at all. "This company is a SCAM. I rarely leave reviews, however this experience merits it as I would not want anyone else to have to go through this worthless company. I ordered in advance, paid the additional shipping and stated on the original order that I needed this by a date within their quota date for a Halloween party. Had they told me that this wasn't possible, I would have had time to order elsewhere. Instead, when the order was 3 days late already they said it would ship in 7 MORE DAYS.
