"I have to say the support they have is far more superior even than the most known theme makers out there. They have live chat which is pretty cool. With others i had to wait for days even weeks before getting a reply. The support is the most important thing, the themes are great as well, and they offer lots of constant updates"
"This is just a scam. i bought the premium package since the guy in chat then promised he should include an extra payment gateway for me in a few hours, that took him 1 month and a lot of email back and forth.
Within that time i had already started testing the theme, and had a list of 15 things that needed to be fixed or made. I agreed on paying 150 dollar extra for him to fix that within 1 day. Now it has been 2-3 weeks, and it is still not finished. The guy come up with every excuse in the book for doing it "tomorrow" or "later today", but nothing happens. I have spent so much time trying to get it to work, but it was just a waste of money and time. Reported to Paypal as a scam, hoping i get my money back. Time wasted is worth more than 10 times the money he stole.."

"I really liked the way they have handled the custom website i ordered from them. I got most of my issues solved in very fast time. The only issue i had was the first import i tried to do with the demo data, with the all in one plugin. It turned out it was an issue with my hosting limiting the amount of memory i can use , but they solved this issue for me. I was able to come back at my hosting provider and they increased the size. Now it works! So make sure you have good capacity on the server. All the good words for the sitemile team which did their absolute best to support my crazy requests.
Also the pricerr theme is very rich in features and i was able to setup my marketplace with ease. Its true that they did customisation work on it, since i needed something different. I paid extra for that but the work is absolutely great! "
