"I ordered a 7" tablet on December 10th. When I received the item, I started setting up the device and noticed that the SD card reader was not working, and there was a dark part of the screen that looked to be missing a bunch of pixels. I emailed them several times about this to no avail. Finally, I had to put in a PayPal claim. I sent the item back, and PayPal decided in my favor. I received my money back minus the amount I had to spend to send the item back.

A week later I get an email from a gentleman stating he received a tablet, and it had some of my information on it. Come to find out, they sent the exact same unit to him without QC'ing it (wiping) and it STILL HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS. After emailing him a couple of times, he stated this was not the first problem he had with SinDeal. He was going to have to go through the same thing I did to get his money back....and I am sure they will turn around and sell the same unit with the same problems to someone else.

If I could give negative stars I would. Waste of my time and my money.
