"Well, when I first got on the site I was very excited, there were so many options! I had a few problems with the website, from time to time I would add items to my cart and shop some more to find the rest of what I needed and then the previous items had disappeared from my cart and I had to find them again. This happened many times; it was a little frustrating. After I placed my first order I got an email saying my items would be delivered over a month later; I was shocked, luckily it was wrong and I had them in about a week. Much to my surprise, I was very disapointed in my order. The pulls I ordered looked cheap and not how they appeared on the site. I decided that maybe buying them online where I couldn't see them up close first wasn't the best idea. So, I went online to find out how to return them, that is when I got my next surprise, a 25% restocking fee, WOW. I didn't place a small order. So I decided to look and see what else I could find, since I didn't feel like just giving them $50. I placed my second order and got the new pulls, and the new ones (which were a lot less expensive) are, well I will say they are "okay". I will keep them and if I don't use them I may sell them myself. So to sum up this site in one word, I would have to say "disappointing"."
