The site itself seemed more professional than most retail dress sites and the user interface is very straightforward. I ordered a dress and then a few days later I ordered a chiffon shawl to go with it; I called the customer service and asked if I could have both items shipped together to save on shipping and they said no, which stinks but oh well.
