"Bought Xbox 1s console, the controller arrived broken, sent back via their pre paid envelope for them to test. They claim never to have received it & wont register it lost with Royal Mail which Royal Mail have told us they have to do, not us as they have already paid the postage on the envelope & it has their details on it which they won’t give us. Can’t get through on phone, terrible customer service, takes ages for them to respond to emails. This was for my 8yr old sons Xmas & I believe they have received it & are lying so they don’t have to send a new controller out. Shower of ********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Game ordered on 11 Nov not received. Chased them - was informed that there was a problem with Royal Mail. Reshipped on 19 Nov by recorded delivery - still not received. Asked for money back was told to wait until 10 days past the normal delivery period before investigation can commence. Today is 30 Nov - goods still not delivered and Royal Mail Tracking says status can only be updated once delivery takes place - no delivery has taken place.
Have now informed my credit card company to do chargeback. Think twice before you order from this company."
