"I was very dissatisfied with my customer service experience. I paid for two day shipping and due to a delivery problem with FedEx it took over a week to arrive. Because it was FedEx's fault, they are required to refund the vendor. SimplyCheap.com would follow up with FedEx to obtain this refund for me. Their response was "Sorry, there is nothing we can do" Furthermore, my invoice indicated UPS was the shipper, which provided additional frustration trying to resolve the shipping problem on my own. SimplyCheap was FAR from sympathetic towards my problem."

For one, you can actually get a HUMAN BEING on the phone to help you promptly! Moreover, the customer service reps are actually NICE, POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE and HELPFUL! I was motivated to write in because my experience was unusually GOOD compared to doing business with other web retailers where personalized service is non-existant. "I purchased a cash register for my business,as it was needed imediately and had it two day shipped. Four days later after I purchased a machine from someone else. I called a representative from the company and told them I no longer needed the cash register and that I would send refuse the mechandise. The representative still charged my credit card after I told them that I no longer needed the cash register. very, very, poor service. I will never ever do business with this company and will notify the proper authorities of this fraudulent activity. "

Was told today that the item was not in stock, but if I wanted to pay $70 more it would be in stock and they could ship it to me. What kind of scam is that? Beware of this company.
