"I ordered two stairs signs with a battery backup. We received them, and they didn't have a battery backup or functional self-test switch. I wrote an email, and they shipped out a second shipment. When the second shipment arrived, it turned out to be the same incorrect ones without a battery backup. I had to write another email that they sent out the wrong signs AGAIN. The lady said the same thing, that she is checking with the production department. Communication was not consistent, as I had to keep checking in for updates since days would go by without any communication. On the third try, we finally received the correct signs, which were very cheaply made. The signs are definitely not worth almost $50 a pop. I will never order from this place again."

"My overall experience with "Simply Exit Signs" was great! The most important thing to me was how prompt the delivery of the sign was getting to me. See I needed that sign for an upcoming inspection and I was responsible for ordering the sign for the inspection. Well I didn't realize the inspection had crept up on me and I was now trying to save my rear and possibly my job because I had plenty of time to have ordered it. Anyway thanks Simply Exit Signs!! "

"The Price was right, the ordering was easy and the delivery was quick. What more can be said. Only time will tell on how long they will last. Since I was in a hurry to install them because of a deadline, I did not complain about loose transformer and disconnected wire at test switch. Simple fix and all 8 worked and deadline met."

"They need to do a better job of packaging/shipping. most of the lights in the box had broken internal parts (shipping so rough the batteries had come loose in side the lights and had broken or pulled loose wires and broken the plastic parts. this is not something you can see until they are ready to install and too late to do any thing about it by then. tell them thanks for the broken crappy lights"
