"Company's Slogan is "Satisfaction Guaranteed". We would state that their slogan should be changed to "Attention all buyers! Satisfactions never guaranteed." They claim to sell "Rimage Everest approved" CD and DVD media. I placed two orders with them, above invoice numbers, and received samples for one of the placed orders one day before. All discs where not Rimage Everest approved, the discs tested all peeled off from the machine and discs, and showed spots and flaked all over the discs. We immediately contacted Mr. Juan Martinez, owner, and he apologized for the incorrect shipment, told us to continue testing, and then return all merchandise for credit. In numerous E-mails he confirmed that his warehouse made a mistake in shipping incorrect merchandise and that full credit would be extended immediately. After not hearing from him for one week and not receiving credit, he suddenly stated that the boxes returned were not in good shape, all boxes except for one where returned and packaged properly and in the same packaging or never even opened as he shipped them to us. He then stated that he told us to continue testing and that we only tested 200 discs and not the clear ones etc. etc. Should we have wasted more of or time/labor and more of or ink/printer supplies? Should we send him an invoice for labor and ink/printer supplies used? Needless to say, FULL CREDIT, as per his numerous E-mails, was to this date not extended. The credit not extended as of yet is for the shipping costs. And why should we pay for shipping when he clearly states in his E-mails that he/his warehouse made a mistake and we mistakenly received 2,000 discs incorrectly. They all didn't work and were not Rimage Everest approved.
When we followed up in a phone call, he got very loud and unpleasant, screamed and yelled into the phone, and told me to go the already threatened legal way, that the $50+ for shipping will have to be disputed with our credit card company, otherwise he is not willing to extend this credit now and he doesn't care what he has put in writing or told us before. This merchant/reseller got recommended by MAX OPTICAL, whom we have contacted since and have not received a reply or statement from Mr. Ken Rosenblatt as of yet.
