"I love my baby furniture. I bought a set from Baby Appleseed with a crib, dresser, and rails - oh and a mattress from Pure Harmony. and I am giddy I am so happy with all of it. It is a very nice quality and the espresso color is gorgeous for my little boy. I came back and ordered some crib bedding from Cotton Tale which is really pretty. I spoke with customer service twice for my orders and they were efficient and nice. My questions were answered both times and they even called me to check up. Great experience and have recommended this site to my sister, and several friends already. Thank you!"

The price was the best and with free shipping...and it was in stock.
I made the order, received the confirmation and asked how long it would take to be delivered. They answered me assuring that they would ship my order the next day so it could arrive to its destination in one week. And it did arrive actually in just six days! The set came in perfect condition and looks absolutely beautiful in the nursery.

"Terrible website. We bought a crib and changing table/dresser from them. We wanted pine or solid wood furniture and the set we picked out was clearly marked as PINE on their website. The changing table/dresser was mostly MDF and Particle board. In addition, we bought the 'standard' changing pad that came with the set and it isn't standard - it is a larger size that will not fit any standard covers - you can only buy over priced ones from them. We attempted to return the changing pad and were told if we removed it from the plastic bag that it shipped in - that they would not take the return!!! In addition, while the price on the crib and drawers were competitive their mattress and changing pad prices are a rip off 2-3x more expensive then what you find if you shop around. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!"
"Impossible to get a hold of a live person through customer service. I ordered a crib and dresser on 8/10 and it was supposed to ship 8/23. Then I got an email saying that it would be back in stock on 9/01. I didn't hear anything until 9/06 after I called and left several voicemails and emails and they are now saying 9/23. Now I have been trying to cancel my order for days but nobody will get back to me and they never ever ever answer their phone. All you can do is leave a voicemail. It's so frustrating!"
"Horrible! I ordered bed rails, which were not even compatible despite what I was told, and the site stated they'd ship within 5 days. I had to call no less than 10 days in a row, even called Simmons direct, and finally got the rails 26 days later! Three of the dsys when i called they said Simmons was on holiday! Really, three holidays in October?? They do not accept returns on the rails. The ONLY positive was that I paid through Paypal so I filed a dispute. Ten days later I got a refund through Paypal. The rep at Simply Baby Furniture told me to throw them away! What?! Oh, and their final response to my dispute was "didn't tell us their was a problem otherwise we would have fixed it". Really!"
"I am SO SO disappointed with simpply baby furniture. We have 3 kids under 3 and all of the furniture we ordered for their nursery's have come from this website. We just recently bought the Storkcraft 6 drawer white dresser for our newest baby's room and it is the lowest quality piece of furniture we have ever got. It took my husband 2 1/2 hours just to put the crap together. You can barely open the drawers the corners are all knicked and I would argue that the dresser isnt even white. The description on simplybabyfurniture.com was very misleading and their customer service response about my disappointed was less than helpful! I am now stuck with the cheap, low quality dresser that isnt even functionable! I wont be shopping with them again and wouldnt recommend the site to anyone either!"
