"I bought a Motorola V635 from here. Great experience. First of all their site was the cheapest, even compared to ebay sellers. There shipping cost was also very good compared other online cell shops who charge $30 for ground shipping.
Now here is the good part. Customer Service. I needed the phone shipped to a different address because it was a gift, so i called my credit card and added an authorized address. Then i contacted simoncells by phone, it went straight to a rep who gave me the instructions on how to do this. she was very nice, and assured that it would not be sent to my billing but to my buddies address.
A day later i get an email confirmation, and later another email with a tracking number from ups letting me know that i should expect my phone soon. Lo and behold the phone was shipped to my buddies address.
The phone was brand new unlocked and exactly as described. The site said that the manual would be in german, but my friend got 3 copies of the manual. one in english, one in italian, and one in french. So im not sure why the site says to download the manual. Everything was packaged properly. I will definatly order from these guys again, i was a little worried at first because there is only 1 other review of this site, but after reading on some celluar forums i found that these guys were right on target.
