"I tried to buy a house plant. They promised delivery in approx. 10 working days. The Company
immediately charged my Mastercard. Repeated (six) calls to 800# not returned. E-mail made two promises to deliver, now not answering. It has been over two months. Bad rating, customer alert through Indiana BBB (Future Quest parent co). DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! They have a well put together web site but a history of charging and not delivering.

"BUYERS BEWARE. I placed an order in September, 2003. My credit card was charged the next day. I was led to believe that the item I ordered was in stock. When I did not receive my order as promised, I inquired as to the status of my order. I was told the item was not in stock but expected to arrive to them soon. I was given the run-around for 3 months. I was finally told that the item would never be available. I asked for an immediate refund. As of 2/18, I have not received a refund. I have contacted the Indiana Attorney General's office. There have been over 70 complaints filed on silkgreenhouse.com with the Indy BBB."
"They charged my credit card right after I placed the order. But I never got my what I ordered. After sending several e-mails asking for the status and being told the order was delayed again and agian, I decided to cancel the order. Then I did not get refund until mid of January 2004. I tried to call the customer service but all I got was a voice mail. I did not get any call back after I left a message. I will never shop here again."
