silicon solar doesn't accept online order, must make a phone call to place an order and wait for paypal invoice, the conversion on the phone left NO proof of what they said or promised unless you recorded the whole conversation. Now they denied everything that they promised me and refused my return even the light doesn't work since day 1(of course full charged).

Please read the reviews before you purchase from them. Never recommend this company. "

"Purchased PathLight 12 watt several years ago. Light only worked for little over a year. Product has 5 year warranty. I contacted the service department at least 4 times and each time was promised a replacement. Now over a year and half later, still waiting for replacement. When I actually did get to finally talk to someone there, she promised me someone would contact me back within day or 2. Still no phone call.
The light was great when it worked. For a product over $500, I would give it less than 1 star rating AND service after sale is non-existent.
I will not purchase from them again."

Ordered 6-3-15...last correspondence regarding the item 9-9-15!!"

"I only chose 1 star because that is the lowest you can go but I would not give them any. I ordered a pump from them on July 9 2015 that was to arrive in 1-5 days. After a week or so I called them because I had had no communication from them after the confirmation of my order and got somebody from India or some foreign country. I was told it was on backorder and would arrive around July 24th. That came and went and still no communication at all from the company so I called them again (and got somebody from another country again)and this time was told that it was being held up in customs and I should receive it the 2nd week of August and they would throw in some extra solar panels free of charge for the inconvenience. I called them again on the 14th of August (and got someone from a foreign country again) and was told that the product is not available and that I had been credited back my money on the 3rd of August and they would verify that and call me back before the end of the day. I still haven't heard back from them and since I used Paypal to pay for the item I checked and there was no reimbursement of my money so I have filed a claim. I think this company is a scam"
