"Website was easy to use to customize sign an dI liked the options offered. Great experience overall. Only issues are that I don't understand why I would have to buy a bundle of stakes when I'm only buying one sign and I'm not sure whether the sign I bought comes with the stake or not. But maybe I missed the explanation on the site. Also, the charge for shipping and handling seems very high. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you "
"ALLISON PRICE p: ***-***-**** ext.304- The so-called "Client Advocate" shipped my magnet order before I had an opportunity to approve the proof (your magnet design needs to be "proofed" by the customer before the order is placed and manufactured) . The order arrived incorrectly designed. ALLISON PRICE assured me that SIGNAZON would fix the order to my liking. BUT THEN --- once I gave my revisions to the proof, SIGNAZON refused to make the order and haggled me on the changes. She then referred me to another manufacturer. This magnet was designed for a film set for a major motion picture - credit would've been given to SIGNAZON for the work -- what a stupid mistake by ALLISON PRICE.
I called SCOTT the owner of SIGNAZON and he has yet to return my call. I recommend every customer call a different magnet manufacturer for your orders. "
