Signstar and tax exempt not applied - hidden fees

"I did a chat to find out what my discount is (it's been a while since we ordered). I was told we get 35% off. Upon check out the price was over a hundred dollars more than what I thought it would be with the 35% discount. I signed up for Sign Star, but it didn't take off the extra 5% or shipping/handling. I was also charged for a credit card fee. This should be noted prior to checkout. As resellers we first quote our customer before purchasing. So added fees should not be hidden. I also uploaded my tax exemption resale certificate multiple times but the tax stayed."

went up on price - difficult to claim tax except

"difficult to place order for local government that is tax except. Previous purchased to be delivered on 2/28/23. The tax except was not automatically deducted. Called on 2/3/23 to inquired and the deduct the credit car fee instead less than half of the tax except.

No satisfied with process.
