"I bought a Tamron 18-270 zoom lens on the web from this company. My initial review was very negative since Photo4Less's website did not say it is a grey market lens, even though in the About write up the company says it will specifically state if a product is grey market. This means no warranty and it did not qualify for the rebate offered by Tamron. The customer service person said the the description lists the lens as imported, which is suppose to alert a customer that it is grey market. I informed her that all lenses are imported. The company has sent me a non-factory warranty and the instructions in English (the ones I received were in Japanese). If you want to deal with this company make sure you get all the specifics-especially ask if the product is grey market, has a warranty, etc. Good luck."

I ordered from Norway, got it sent to the philippines, and had some bad feelings about the deal and posting. I left Norway dec. 2 and dec. 14 the lens was in the mail here in Toledo City, Cebu. Just paid 35 pesos and got the package. The lens was 100% ok. Thanks to Trudy at Photo4Less, I'm surely going to buy from you next time also. Have sent about 8-10 packages to the philippines, a few from norway seemed to been in the afghan war, but from U.S. they have always been ok. 6 points out of 6 to Photo4Less from me."
