"Simple and efficient process for renting space. The only thing that I wasn't satisfied with is the refund for unused time. I had to pay in full on the day I rented the unit but the refund is going to be sent to me by cheque. It is now 11 days later and no cheque has arrived. I am also going to have to wait for the cheque to clear. I am assuming this is to keep the money in your business as long as possible. A bureaucratic waste of time and not very customer friendly. Why can't you just refund the money immediately to the card the original payment was made from.
