"When I first located the gun I wanted to purchase a KJW Full Metal M9 Tactical Edition Gas Blow Back Airsoft Pistol it was out of stock. I selected the option of being notified when it was in stock again. I received an email about a week later. I placed my order for the gun and a couple of accessories and received them the very next day. I selected the V.I.P. service for an extra $1.99 but kept the ground shipping. Very fast delivery with UPS. I am extremely satisfied with the products I received. It couldn't have been more perfect. I've already located the second gun I wish to purchase from them. Iam waiting for it to be in stock again. As with all online sites who really writes the reviews is questionable but I would definately recommend this site and gun to anybody. I will no doubt be ordering from this site again."

"Shorty USA shipped a defective part UTG M324 on the Sniper Rifle - soft-gun. After returning the part and paying for shipping back with RMA #, they are attempting to blame me for installation error. THEY ARE WRONG! They say we tried to install screw A in to screw B's hole, consequently voiding the warranty and damaging the cylinder. NOW, they want an add'l $50 to send a new part to us. Holding our credit card as bounty, and we have an non-working CHEAP CHINA made product. This company does not talk over the phone about any issue, they are very slow and have NO customer service or customer care. All is done via email and they always blame the customer. They want us to pay return shipping too?? This company has a REAL BAD online reputation and continues to rip off new customers.. they need to be audited by someone!"
"I've ordered from ShortyUSA maybe five or six times, and I can say that each time I have ordered has ended in a pleasent transaction. They don't overcharge on the price of the items though shipping can add up quickly. Visitors to the website can post their own reviews on the items for sale, though as with any online vendor, their credibility is questionable.
Shipping has always been quick, though that's obviously because my home address is near the distribution center. With my latest order on the Echo 1 M4A1 airsoft rifle, I had received it the day after I had ordered it even though I chose standard shipping.
I have always ordered my airsoft products from ShortyUSA and will continue to do so, mostly because of the nearby distribution center location with their decent service. Most of the other airsoft vendors seem to be located on the west coast.
It seems to me like the negative reviews of ShortyUSA come from people who made their own mistakes but blamed the vendor simply out of frustration. Stupidity and ignorance is no excuse."

"Best airsoft company I've found. I've made several orders and have been very pleased with all. One time a red-dot sight arrived cracked. I emailed them and they sent me a new one right away! I once made the mistake of trying to save a few bucks by ordering from different site. The $150 gun arrived broke and I had a terrible time getting a refund. Now I only recommend buying from Shorty. "The site deceived me. I was misled as to what was included in the order. After the product description was a section called "goodies". Apparently, these goodies are not actually included in the order, but they were also not accessories or for sale at the site. Poor customer service when I contacted them. "overnight shipping" and "VIP" handling (an extra $3 fee) meant package was in my hands 5 days later.
Save yourself a headache, get whatever they have somewhere else at a better price anyways."

"1st purchase-
i got a tomb raider gun. within 30 shots, the barrel pretty much broke. I emailed them, and they told me to glue it back on.... But i said no, naturally. I lost out on shipping, but they agreed to give me store credit. OK experience, because shorty doesn't in fact make the guns they sell.
2nd order, they did everything flawlessly.
3rd order, was a $500 one. they had to verify the credit card for fraud. they told me they would ship it monday after it all cleared up. but nothing came, and i emailed them. they wouldn't respond. finally, 2 weeks later, they tell me the credit card never cleared, which is inconsistent to what they told me before.
so if u order big, expect to wait a month for it to come.
OVERALL
many of their guns break, if you don't lube everything, or slam fire, if it comes to shotguns.
very competitive prices.
