"These guys are the reason I will only buy Canadian from now on. They have poor customer service, wait too long to cash Cashier Cheques, they try to upsell. They didn't tell me my warranty was only good in the USA. I left neutral feedback without trying to extort them. They called me almost instantaneously to offer me a deal to withdraw feedback, I withdrew and they still haven't come through with their promise. I will find every website to leave this warning on it. Buyer beware these guys are crooks.
This is in response to their reply. Cashiers Checke are differnet from personal cheques. They are guaranteed by the financial institution that issues them. I will not send a personal check to pay for an item. It would be like saying you don't except government checks, they are guaranteed. As for your customer service department, they need to learn to treat people with respect."
