"I used to use Newegg a lot, but shipping costs pushed me over to other vendors. After numerous orders to compare with, Shoprunner is the next thing to useless of anything out there. I've NEVER gotten anything in 2 days, always at least 3 and usually 4 or 5 (regular Newegg shipping times). I really hope none of you are paying for this."
"I ordered a bag from Bloomingdales and opted for the SHOPRUNNER FREE 2-DAY delivery. BALONEY!!! I needed this parcel to arrive BEFORE I went on vacation, but it is reported to arrive the day that I leave. This is beyond annoying. I look at the other reviews and will never ever use this choice again, and will make certain that I am not charged for this inconvenient form of shipping.

The one good thing about Shoprunner is that they have delivered all of my packages in two days. The bad thing is that they are VERY DECEPTIVE. They advertise free returns. However, they fail to tell you before you make the purchase that there might be exclusions. For instance, if you purchase an item through Neiman Marcus Last Call, you will only be given free returns if you accept a store credit. If you request a refund to your original form of payment, you will be charged $9.95. Therefore, you are not really given free returns. You are given free returns "with conditions." There is nothing wrong with that policy. However, Shoprunner should make that clear BEFORE you make the purchase. Unfortunately, they don't. So basically, Shoprunner's marketing is a "bait and switch." They misrepresent their service so that you purchase items and then tell you about the exclusions. I don't know if it's illegal but it sure as heck is unethical. If I could rate this company zero stars I would. If you get the membership for free, please beware. Shoprunner is not upfront with their policies. If you want two day shipping, you are better off paying for Amazon Prime, getting a Target card, or using the minimum shipping through Walmart or Jet. DO NOT PAY FOR SHOPRUNNER. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

"I have been a Shoprunner member for close to 5 years. I can remember having only 2 issues: (1) my first order was not received within 2 days; and (2) I didn't cancel my membership before the free trial period ended. Each time that I have had to contact Shoprunner, I was able to speak with a representative immediately and received excellent customer service each time. With issue 1, I was informed that shipping would be within 2 days of my order being processed by the merchant. They do not and cannot control how quickly merchants process orders. On average, my orders have been received within 4 business days. With issue 2, I called and unfortunately, could not cancel my membership because my card had already been charged. It was clearly explained, and I knew when I signed up, that it was a free 30 day trial membership and if I didn't cancel, I was agreeing to the terms of membership. When American Express offered free Shoprunner membership, I called Shoprunner and was given a prorated credit on my membership and my membership has been free since then.
Comparison to Amazon Prime: Amazon Prime is not cheap but well worth it for other benefits of membership as others have mentioned. Shoppers, you need to remember this, when ordering from Amazon, almost all the time, it is being shipped from an Amazon warehouse and therefore Amazon can control when and how it ships."

Was promised 2-day shipping on an Under Armour order. As soon as I ordered I got an estimated arrival date of FIVE (5) days later. Also, I when I looked at the list of businesses these crooks work with, UA was the only one I had any interest in."
