"I ordered cabinets on 4/26/2016 (order #200000647). The company did not follow through on their promises, and I requested a refund. I was told on several occasions that a refund had been issued and a check was in the mail. As of 1/4/17, I have no refund. We are an average family with 3 little girls to support, and a loss of $3,000 hurts. I will continue work towards resolution. In the meantime, I hope that others hear my experience and do not make the same mistake I did."

"This Company scams you. I ordered the Chocolate Maple Cabinets and Paid the $450 for the 2 day expedited shipping. I was contact and told the cabinets were on back order would I be interested in the Expresso instead which is a little cheaper in price. I was told if I took the Expresso I would be given an additional 5% in return. Told this by Maria. I waited for a tracking number for about 3 days to know avail so I tried calling with no answer or call back. I emailed about 10 times with no answer on about the 6th day I got an email saying that I should be getting a tracking # soon. I didn't receive a tracking number for over two weeks. I was told that I would receive my $450 back with the 5% that was 2 months ago and no one will answer the calls or call me back I have emailed them over 30 times either to Maria and or the sales dept. with know response. I am missing an upper cabinet which I was told was shipped out to me and given to separate tracking numbers which were both know good. So now I have an unfinished kitchen and a bunch of lies from this Company. Look up their rating on the Chicago BBB they are an F rated company and also have had at least 73 complaints of wrong doings and ripping people off. I was very patent and only wish I would have researched them a little better before I used them. This is a Fraudulent Company taking peoples money and not producing the product and will not refund your money. Good thing is I saved all the emails for when I go to the news."

I have purchased 3 kitchens with them since I am a carpenter.

I cant complain, I pay them for cabinets and they ship them to me. Pretty simple transaction."

"I received my bathroom vanities - finally. They were made in China as the original post states, but they are quite nice. Much nicer than the Home Depot or Lowes and better price for 21" depth. I only got the white ones because I don't need anything really nice. The fronts of mine are solid wood and the rest is made up of the thin pieces of wood pressed together.

Not particle board. Don't know exactly what that is called. For the same price Home Depot and Lowes cabinets are 100% particle board with the fake overlay. I would order again, but would expect to wait quite a while. Don't plan on them coming quickly and don't try calling, e-mailing, or the online chat.

They don't respond and they have a voice mail. My fiance is a licensed contractor who buys and remodels 100 year old homes from scratch and he was impressed by the quality for the price. I'm neutral on my review tho. Great product. I spent $3497.89 with them and I saved close to a grand than with Lowes or Home Depot"

"So we probably did like most, shopped local for cabinets at the big box stores, who carry the major lines. The big drawback was price and build; we just couldn’t see putting all that money out on particle board. Sure the outside looked great but what does that mean when the frame that holds everything together and carries the weights is made out of saw dust and glue? We also shopped some local bargain supply centers that carried RTA style cabinets, thinking that was our only option to get solid wood boxes without spending a fortune on custom made cabinetry.
